Well they let habbos trade so that habbos can exchange furniture.
Your friend has a choice to give the furniture or keep it.

You play in casinos, in games rooms or any other place where they ask you for furni at your own risk.

If you were scammed in this way the Habbo wont be banned unless they state that they did scam you.
