Because Parents are more likely to let their children go on a chatroom if there is propper moderation in the chat room and then the child would want credits so the parents would buy the credits.

It is true i have asked many hobbas and its true. I think people say thank god, etc. But think about this for a moment. When your in need for help normally you would see a Hobba come to the rescue, now it will only be 1 moderator. But it is true.
