I ment there is a hack for different usergroup time edits :D.

The idea is good. :)

The only parts I dont like is:
1. Encourage Spam. But id banned/cautioned/reduced, they might spam more on a new account
2. I dont like it how different groups have privilages. E.g Edit Posts. That would cause more spamming by people saying: Sorry double posted, I was meant to put[BlahBlah]. And Newbies dont know about the Double Posting rule, unless they read the rules.

Oh and Rossco, I know it's exciting, but try and keep the posts to 1 rather than 3. ;) (I guess the reputation system would stay in tact and liek Sierk said, the stars would go under the user title (Like Habbox God, Newbie, where they are) etc...

(That's if if was implented).

I like some aspects of the new system that you have thought up, but it would mean editing a lot of files and installing quite a few modifications and it may become very confusing.
