May I ask why you cut yourself?
Does it bring a rush?
Does it make you look cool?
No. It can KILL you. Why waste your life to something as stupid as this?

For starters, Emos do NOT always cut there wrists. You've basically just accused Emos of always cutting there wrists, when they normally cut away from the vein - well I do, anyway.
And I cut myself because it relieves my stress and anger, and if I'm upset or something, I just scratch myself really hard, I don't always cut myself deeply.
EXCATLY
And i didnt acuse all emos of cutting. Just you. Why do it? Like go scream into your pillow or something of the sort.
So attempting suicide is you?
Wow quite honestly your parents wasted a friday night.

Its called a major artery. Take Anatomy? (sp?)
And why would you put your family threw this.
Yer and the whole individual thing. If you want to be individual you dont exactly do it well. I have my own Individual Style and i like it and thats what pople like about is that they think im different and i couldnt care less what anyone thought about me, Ok, i get the odd comment from people but Meh who cares... I just think The whole war on em/chav is really pathetic. i got a comment the other day from a "Chav" and hes a friend and he said " your so unique because you dont act like everyone else"
No on should really give a damn what other people think. so just get on with it if you get the odd silly little comment. The only reason there is Chav and emo is because there the 2 catagories that its easy to fit into. I think we should all be ourselves like i do and just get on with Life :D
Read the book called the Outsiders. It Relates to this whole Emo/chav war.
The term has these negative connotations due to people referring to themselves as "Emo" are normally 13/14 year old kids, who ironically in an attempt to appear unique copy other people referring to themselves as "Emo"'s lifestyles.
P.S. The majority of the stereotypes you stated are only said satirically, and I don't think it's within the "Emo" clique to dress in black?
