Ok look, all you people going sue him... Court costs are going to cost more and for one a teenager is going to go into a solicitors and say can you sue *NAME* because they stole my £4 domain for a habbo fansite. They will laugh and you will just end up wasting your time.. THREATEN the host and say you're going to ... thats really all you can do.

you can claim costs off him too, if you win, so, in an effect, it wouldn't cost you anything.

Not always sometimes but it isnt worth the risk and you have to pay to go to a small claims court. It isnt worth it.

It doesn't cost any more than you'd get seeing as if you win the defendant has to pay the court fees.
