Just had to, but yeah. I totally agree with you complaining, my friend's sister almost died of choking on a nail inside a packet of Weather's Originals, they got compensation in 3 weeks.

phone them up and explain what happened and if they dont give you a good enough response such as some sort of compensation tell them your going to trading standards ;) they will compensate you to sweep it under the carpet :o i bet trading standards would make them recall lots of them and cost them a fortune.
Are you sure the pack wasnt open and someone else had some or something?
Ask for £1000 or you will sue them!
