Personally I do think we should remove scores that we decide are unrealistic. I know we cannot prove it, but we can be fairly sure about something. Of course in this case I might seem biased since then I would hold the highscore :P But I have full confident in for example jrh2002 deciding for all games which scores are realistic and which aren't, and removing the ones that aren't (maybe after contacting the person about it to hear their explanation first).

I spent 2 days in the arcade trying to get the high scores and played most games mant times to get them :) But its hard to say some scores are fake if it is possible to get them :o If I got a massive high score out of skilll with a bit of luck and somebody came along and said I faked it I would probably end up banned for my reaction towards them. If its at all possible no matter how slim the chance of getting it then surely its wrong to remove them? unless we did a habbo like the room ratings and reset the high scores monthly or something?

On hxworld about 10 games have the highscored of 98U39439493999859599 by Neonlime so thats obviously fake. May have beem removed as i havent logged in for about 3 weeks lol.

I still think it is not hard to use common sense to decide that some scores are surely fake, especially for an experienced player like you. And you can first ask the player if they can explain if they know some way that nobody else knows to get to this score in the game itself.

When I managed to beat your high score on astroids was getting on average 20,000 and sometimes 3000 if I got in a bad situation. After so many goes I and the odd 40k score I got to 80,000 and had 5 lives and if I never got myself in trouble could have gone on to 100k + and just looking at the high score that would have been called fake. I would not want to tell other players including staff my technique because that could work against my score.
Astroids have 3 or 4 really high scores of 75 to 85 k and everybody else is way off.

Right i'l tell you what we did with HHGS, We had a competition every month and the person who had the most scores won VIP for that month ahead, Then on the arcade theres a thing that you can set it to so it automaticly deletes all the scores it worked very well :)

Instead of giving vip away (Seeing as that's the main income fo the forum) Maybe have a new user group colour which has a throphy image at the end of name?

It kinda is really obvious to tell when someone is cheating in the arcade , I say ban users if they use any programs to edit the scores as they ruin the arcade for everyone.

Nah i think removing there VIP is better, Thats like humilation but then again people who are on like 1 day of VIP left might attempt.
Our VIP we had was unique we also gave away a badge but Habbox doesnt have awards so that doesnt matter, I think we also gave some rep not sure tho
