Oh, that. It wasn't for a job though - he just bought £100 worth of Xmas VIP. He says mainly because it was going to charity.

He donated 100 pounds to the Habbox VIP Christmas Chairty and with that got about 80 staff/members VIP for a month.

Although I can see where you get this idea, he was made Assistant Forum Manager after he donated £100 to the Habbox Charity by buying people VIP, but Habbox didn't gain £1 off that donation because it clearly went to charity.
