Ermm Im not really sure myself...
But I had a hard way about the graphics apply's because like onlya few people with good qualitys applied so I had like not many people as staff.

And well I had this warning saying that I had a last chance to prove and I had that warning like 2 days ago and now today im removed? Its like I had no chance?

Well anyway, good luck in the future. I don't mean to come across as if I'm just hating on you, I'm just trying to approach it with a realistic view.

I understand when you say that it's hard being a manager first time but if you had guides to help you, it can't have been that hard to work everything out.

Good luck and yeah, graphics designers are hard to find because like articles and news reporters, no-one likes to do proper work when they're not at school or work. They'd have to work really hard to get a good graphic or write a good piece of news... so yeah, it's hard but people can manage!

I don't understand how you tell your side and suddenly everyone's like:
"Oh that's real bad. Habbox management are failing again!"
...
There must be something that you were doing wrong?

Well ye and they said 2 days ago that I was doing some things wrong etc and saying that I will had to prove me now. But how can I prove myself on 1-2 days? :s

extra couldn't you have said to the pm right yes give me a week and i will get everything back on track. you could fire some people and open applications in two days couldnt you?

one of the staff will become manager
