I think it's stupid to splash out a vast majority of the winnings as soon as it's won (for example, Michael Carroll - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael...tery_winner%29 (although this guy is now a 'changed man'. And good for him.)) but to continue life normally, without spending much of it at all is silly too.
I'd just spend in moderation, enjoy myself and put a bundle away in the bank to gain interest.
