You havent realy added much to that set of obvios commands, just padded it out more. you havent realy said anything useful, such as how to quickly configure the forum, how to fill out the intall forms, tips on makeing the upload smove and speeding it up, how to create a database etc "/
Plus willow135, Mysql is far more effant and easyer to work with than flat files so im not sure there are any freely avilbe scripts for a flat file forum, athogh i have seen one or two that were built, but no scripts reliced.
I did start a project in creating one some time ago, but it was a bit dodgy and i hadnt quite got my database handling system right. (it created a file for each topic. the problem being the orignal script was storing alot of repate data, haveing to keep lists of which files went in which forums, the final plan is to use directy commands and the file names to find and build the system to do that, but anything that works, and dosnt look ****e is a long way off, as im to busy with other stuff to work on it. Sorry :(
