European countries can apply for European Broadcasting Licenses and be part of the European Broadcasting Union. That doesn't mean they HAVE to take part. But we do, because we are part of the big 4 countries which means if we drop out - Eurovision is no more :(!Quote:

Nah, its cus we are poking fun at ourselves. We don't take it seriously like other countries do (take Terry Wogans commentating for example). We just enter it for a laugh. It only has a cult following. Im sure we would take it seriously if it had the same viewers and fans as the World Cup for example :PQuote:
