He asked me were he could get a rigger from.

Maybe somone reported him. idk.

He can't be banned. This thread was made at 6.59am this morning yet he logged in at 9.27am this morning.

He was the guy who used to spam news and rumours about having lost_witness on his friend list then another thread about lost_witness coming to his casino etc.
