Windows Vista
Mac OS X for me, been using it just over a year and couldn't be happier especially after upgrading to leopard.
Windows for Gaming (Vista, no it's not crap you bandwagon jumping people)
Linux for playing - it's easy to dual boot with Vista
Mac OS X also, because I like apple stuff.
