the "complete idiot" comment wasn't really necessary, as you're the one who doesnt know what you're talking about. cancer is something that happens indirectly over time. alcohol on the other hand, you can drink yourself to death in under an hour. you can't die from smoking too much.

there's really no such thing as an addictive personality. and immunity happens with lots of things - for example caffine, which is perfectly legal. if the adult population in the united states doesn't have their cup of coffee in the morning, they'll go through withdrawals. but i dont see a huge uproar about it.

You are fairly adamant in your views and yet it is commonplace for people to be pre-disposed genetically with addictive personalities. Alcoholism and drug taking can be found prevalant in the same family for generations. OCD is commonplace in generations of families too. It cannot all be down to environment and upbringing. Each to his own - I am not being judgemental about the subject just trying to give an answer to the thread starter. It would be no different if I was addicted to gambling - I would try to figure how how and why it happened - it has nothing to do with having fun. It goes beyond that. I don't seriously think caffeine withdrawal can be classed in the same category as drugs, alcohol or tobacco.

It doesn't create any mental health problems, it has been found in some cases to enhance problems that already exist if you're smoking it like every day but that's not quite the same thing.

usually those things can be tied to nurture, not nature. if they are attached to nature, they're indirect causes. and i don't think he was really asking about why it happened, he really asked a simple question of if it's stronger. and i wasn't making the point that caffeine is as strong when it comes to withdrawals (even though it comes close, depending on the case) but that its difficult to see the line when it comes to drugs. caffeine is a drug. it even comes in pill form. apparently everyone loves it too.

i respect your views though, at least you're coming at the situation logically, instead of these idiots repeating all the anti-drug propaganda and misconceptions they hear.

No, waste of money and wasn't that good either.

You can get much more satisfaction from doing other things

if youve got a tolerance for weed then it's probably worth it. personally i didn't like skunk as much; gave a different kinda high i felt.
