I'd say Britney was the princess and Madonna was the queen.
but that's not now, that was back in like 02-03.

Rihannas had an amazing year tbf. so her.

Madonna has had her era, her time, and her looks. They've all gone now, she needs to retire already. Britney Spears is undoubtedly the Princess of Pop, and she'll be taking her throne off Madonna, because she's the one who deserves it most.

Timbaland has the Midas touch atm, however I think Britney is a pure legend and will take Madonna's throne as Queen of Pop pretty soon. Blackout is so much better then Hard Candy.

I also think artists such as T-Pain, Amy Winehouse and Leona deserve a mention too though :)
