its just if you complete the missions in 30 hours you get 50G on xbox live

you dont have to complete the game, just the missions!

I didn't say it but yea all percentages are out of 100 but not all goals are out of 100, some people may find 100% too ambitious for them so they may only want to get 80% or something

Completing something is achieving 100% of it, thus there was no ned for "60% / 100%" as "60%" would've sufficed due to the fact this thread is about completing hence my first point.

People could have a goal of 80% or something, hence why I put "60% / 100%" because that's my goal.
