It doesn't make a difference if they get relegated, its where they finished in the fairplay league the year they WERE in the premiership.

No, if you get relegated it doesn't count. It doesn't give a toots hoot if Birmingham, Derby and Fulham finished 1st,2nd and 3rd if they all get relegated.
