How does windows hold you back from coding? Yes Apples are known for better graphics/video editing but thats about it... you see them on movies so you think that they're good but you end up having to put up with it.

Mac's do look rather confusing to use. I've tried a display one at PC World. I couldn't seem to get it to work :P. However the first time I used windows I clicked onto it straight away. It's just matter of preference, and that's what people seem to forget. Argueing over who has the best OS is kind of pathetic, because as I just said it's a matter of preference.
Coda is good apparently
Most of the time a matter of needs rather than preference. For example I work in web design, therefore I need a system which can run smoothly and provide great feedback in terms of output in the display. Places like Virb Inc who have the best designed websites online today (in my opinion) have all their staff running Mac Pros as they do what that industry needs.
When it comes to things such as gaming or administration (word documents, spreadsheets, powerpoints etc) then you're better off with a Windows as that's more their area with upgradable graphics and the internationally used Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Vista is a very good OS, if you can use it correctly.
And yeah, just because your laptop screwed up, you can't judge the other 5+ million plus of working perfectly versions?
I'm pretty sure Apple Macs crash aswell? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Owners of Ipods + Itouch = mainstream = fail
