Why did they get it tho...? Is there or was there any logical explanation? idk cos i dont follow habbo news that. I'd like some kindof badge tho. Been on habbo for evs and still dont have a decent one. <:I

If you see in the badge description, they've obviously been 'chosen' to be team leaders/leading medical people in this year's Habboween Promotion.

My Theory:
These people will be the admins on one of two groups.
You get to join one of the two groups and get a free badge (green slime clipboard/red blood clipboard). Or maybe we have to do something similar to Streets of Bobba or the Olympics with points.

Plus Habbo say its random ppl who get chosen but its so clearly not...
They probs have those names on a big sticky note to give badges to or something :P

That would be nice, but in that sort of thing, they only usually give badges to people who win points and that kinda rubbish?
