Won't it go live at like 00:01 when its released though? Probably 4am server though when everything resets?

It'll be 12:00am American time I think, which is 7am tomorrow. Unless the servers are each resetting at their local time. 1am for Anachronos I think.

I'm just going to town to buy it... what's the rush? Server problem and bugs?

depends where u order from, some stores send it early and it gets early, some send it early and gets on time.
