Nope, as much as i love what she does for habbox Jay and Leah do a perfect job and we have people inside the department already who could do it. Making a tread like this isn't also appropriate because it's kinda disrespectful to the current management

Although I know this wasn't intended as a jab at the current management, I can see how it could be interpreted as that. I'm also surprised to see other managers coming and agreeing as I'm sure they wouldn't like to come on and see a thread saying they should be replaced.

Our current management is fine, and I think we should give them a bit of time to adjust to the new setting they are in before we make snap criticisms - the new desk has only been open for 3 days!

I don't personally know any HxHD staff well enough to judge who should be manager etc but I know from around the forum that Alice's qualities would be a good choice for any department manager job, really. However, surely any manager who didn't have good qualities would have been replaced? so maybe we can't see the behind the scenes work Jaiisun does. :D

If they were she'd do a good job. Seeing as they're not I think this is somewhat an unnecessary thread. Jay is capable.

Let me reiterate one final time that this really wasn't any jav at jay or me saying he is incapable of his post. To be very blunt, I didn't even know who the manager was (as illustrated within my first post :rolleyes:).

That I guess, is my main point though. I am not trying to say the guy can't manage well as he obviously can and wouldn't be given the job in the first place - but he obviously isn't that active as has been described to the extent that I don't even know who he is, and I use this forum a hell of a lot lol.

But anyway - this thread really wasn't about me saying someone should replace someone, I genuinly thought that nvr was still manager and therefore I just felt with someone such as Alice she could maybe step in and give a wee hand in as manager.

I apologise to jay if he takes offence, as it is very understandable that he may from this thread.
