Installous gets you the cracked apps directly without a computer or if you want you can SSH into your iPod.

Ive un-jailbroken my ipod now :P it annoyed me when my friend thought he was clevver restarting my ipod so it wouldnt work anymore ;[

You can boot it into jailbroken mode when it's tethered, but if it crashes or you reboot when you're out, you can boot it into non-jailbroken mode.
