Join a local team, scouts randomly come to matches. Basically the club have to come to you. To make it usually you have to be scouted at a young age

she's right. only a few end up playing for the first-team. the rest end up at somewhere stupid like Inverurie Locos.

or you are in lutons and you join bigger clubs. We've lost 10+ top quality players who now play for good teams. we'll lose jake howells aswell soon.:(
