What's your definition for 'making out'?

Continuously kissing. Doesn't have to be with tongues, but most likely will be.

Interesting. Because 'hooking up' means something else too.

Makeing out means kissing/snogging. As far as i'm aware thats a pretty global definition.

Hooking up on the other hand is pretty interchangeble as has been said. I would generally assume it means sex, but depending on context can mean other things. The Urbandictionary entery for it reflects the confusion
