And your saying Man City are on par with them? Your not even in the Champions League. You are unproven and definently not as good as those teams and until you are a Champions League team, and finish in the top 4 you won't be 5 Stars. You will be 4 and a half.

Its nothing about where you are in the tables, its based on the average player ratings, thats why when you make a dreamteam on a league 2 team they will go to 5 stars.

If people like robinho, tevez, adebayor and stuff are rated quite high then we could easily be 5 star.

5 Stars is all players on average 85 I think. You won't have that average. Also, I think it's also done on Team Chemistry or something like that but I might be wrong on that.

It's not done on Team Chemistry.
Likelihood is that Man City will be 5 stars.

Not really. Are you basing this all on Fifa 09? Seeing as alot of ratings of players change I doubt you can say anything for sure, except the obvious. I think Arsenal will be 4 and a half and same with Man City. Liverpool will be 5 in my opinion.
