Nope.. They closed Hotels down.
But Habbo China was partly Mandarin and partly other chinese languages - so also 'merged' but this was from the start.

It really is a horrible idea. It'll be like when the UK hotel had two versions of that Guitar poster. It was really confusing and caused chaos in regards to trading it. Surely it would be best for Habbo to maintain their attitude to ignoring furni "values" and doing what they want? They should either take whichever hotel is the most popular and continue from the way that one is, or take the better value for each (super) rare. For example, if the Dino is a super on one hotel but a norm on another, it should become a super on the merged hotel. Surely this way nobody loses, people just gain?

So what... people can only trade CA furni for CA furni? and not USA for CA?

I sincerely hope Sulake know what they are doing. They are going to destroy the economy of two hotel's practically overnight. It will take months perhaps more than a year for them to re-stabilize as labeling the origin hotel of a furniture will not make much of a difference.

Of course sulake know what they are doing. They are doing it for money, and I think they will succeed,

How many times have Sulake ruined habbo? Loads but look where they are now, they'll survive.

I can sadly see this happening to the UK one aswell, worse still we'll probably grouped with the European hotels rather than the CA & US hotels. Not good news for traders either on US & CA. In regards to CA/US rares, what difference would that make? - why would a Habbo pay 1T for a Bird Bath that says 'US' on it when they could get the same rare for 3.0 CS but with 'CA' on it?

Just like on UK, why get a jade drag when you can get green cheaper? Afterall they look similar. Why get a black pillow when youacn get twice as cheap white pillows?
