Interesting that it follows the story about the man wanting to be a woman and it costing the NHS to undergo the operation(s). It's weird, he doesn't seem to care that much and it doesn't appear to have done too much damage if he managed to walk into a hospital the day after. It's weird he only took the testicles off, he must of thought about it for a while to not remove the penis (afterall, if he did that he would probably of bled to death). Interesting story... I think...
Well, they keep the penis nerves to turn it into a ****oris and stuff, when they do a sex change. Removing the testicles would lower her testosterone at least.

Oh dear, I'm a little frightened that I'm not surprised at all by this.
I feel sick, but wow...crazy to say the least. I guess it must be hard for him so we shouldn't laugh, he's probably going through a really hard time, or was.
