I would usually print off my lecture slides and put them and the relevant module folder in my bag before I go to bed. But since I've got like a month left and most of my lecture slides are useless (since I've decided what assessment questions to attend to), I just sling my folder in my bag just before I leave :).
I leave it till the very last minute :P
Whenever I feel it's necessary.
I hardly do it! I have all the things stuffed up in it.
All I have to do is put my lunch in there because I never take anything out my bag. ehehe.

usually night before as it's normally when i rush my h/work/c/work and then just bung in college bag :)
I sort it out the night before, I'm in quite a rush in the morning xD
