I actually find the less the amount of sleep I have, the easier it is to get up in the morning...
But a shower is usually my first port of call, definitely get's you woken up :)

i normally just dip my head in freezing cold water lmao or take a shower :D
All the methods people have given above help a lot. Normally I go bed and only have 7 hours sleep which makes me feel so sleepy in the morning. It's hard waking up in the morning and actually getting up, but when I am up I feel fine and I have a shower in the morning anyway. You really need to make yourself tired one day and forcing yourself not to sleep until suitable time, an all nighter is best as someone suggested above.

I always feel so tired in the morning! Walking around and doing something active wakes me up though.

I usually feel more tired in the morning if ive had a good nights sleep but usually walking to school helps me feel more awake
spray yourself with a bottle of freezing cold water, and then JUMP out of bed .. like really quick with out thinking about it.. then have a shower :3
If you can't sleep it's often because you haven't had enough to do during the day, both for your mind and your body. You need to do some sort of exercise for at least 20 minutes each day that gets you out of breath even just a little bit. You also need to do something to exercise your mind, even if that's just doing the crossword or Sudoku in the paper.
I think panicking can really wake you up! lol
