It only takes a few minutes to approve 200 and odd posts or topics, it's not a hard job and it's easy.

I can't say I know the ins-and-outs of V-Bulletin, but surely it takes more than a few minutes to read 200 posts through and presumably tick which ones should be approved? (Unless of course they're magically all acceptable messages and there's a publish-all button).

I'm pretty sure there's a button to submit all to post. You only have to skim through, you'll clearly be able to tell which posts are obviously bad and not by basic knowledge and common sense.

It's possible and wouldn't be that much of a problem to make them have to get their posts approved.

Finally someone who understands how easy it is to post approve, and I can't see there being 200 or so a day requiring approval. There's always least one moderator online, let alone admin a day. And if it's set so moderators can approve posts and threads within forums they moderate, it'll take even less time.
