does it have to be a skate patch in that specific room? Got it anyway, very easy :)

Wear a pixel torch effect (not the candle)
Click on a fish hole many times*

*You must NOT be stood on an ice skating patch nor in front of the fish hole/be holding a fish as it won't recognise you're holding a torch. So stand like this:
