Unfair perm Ban Replys from Mailman@Sulake

I got one about my unfair perm ban. -.-

All complaints sent to Sulake via Email are meant to Get Instant replies. However this hasnt happened and Emails that were sent to them Over a year ago Are being instant Replied today. Also, if you complain now the Instant reply is Fixed. So they can deal with your issue alot faster

I recieved over 15.

Mine are still coming in. 12 Upto now

The first picture is of all the e-mail's I recieved (I'm still getting more as we speak). Some are almost a year old.

The second picture (below) is a screenshot of the new message they have placed in the 'Im a Parent' e-mails (Notice the boxed text). Their way of saying "We've been lazy". I guess the important thing is that the e-mails are working again.
