i remember reading it was better to brush straight in the morning because the toothpaste protects your teeth from incoming sugars etc that you will eat for breakfast? i usually brush my teeth as soon as i get up and i don't have breakfast until 40 minutes or so later because i can't eat as soon as i wake up, so doesn't taste like toothpaste :P i find that anything i eat after brushing my teeth comes off easily, like my teeth stay clean compared to if i only brush afterwards.
dw @karter; got ur back
quick google does it for ya http://www.emaxhealth.com/79/1063.html
but there's conflicting evidence. i think as long as you're actually brushing your teeth (you'd be surprised by how much people 'forget') then you're fine :P
yes I brush my teeth in the shower usually
i dont have breakfast so just brush my teeth when i wake up since it doesnt really matter lmao wont make food taste awful or whatever :P and then just before i get in bed so im always fully clothed lmao in my fab pjsssss most of the time:¬::¬::¬::¬::¬:
Strange question...
Erm... I tend to get dressed before eating breakfast and there's no point in brushing your teeth before eating so based on that logic I'm generally always dressed when I brush my teeth.
Although... If I shower late on a weekend after breakfast then it's easy to be naked or wear a towel while brushing teeth straight after a shower. Let nature dry you in the meantime... I don't know :P
i always leave the bathroom after my shower put some clothes on first then go back to do my teeth personally
I prefer to brush my teeth after I have got fully dressed.
Seems strange some people do it like that...
Guess you find it more comfy ;]
The odd time I do if I am waiting for my bath to run lmao, mostly no though!
