why arent the houses setting on fire?

Nah I'm not as I usually would, apart from maybe the floor just because I like it & floor always seems to do well. The prices are too high initially

The bundles for the rooms are pretty worthless and aren't worth the price.

think it just gradually burns to like some wreckage which u keep

idk for certain tho but i know it stays as the wreckage

just a warning, using the torch effect will set the house on fire...
