i've been flat out and not had the time to go to the gym this week and dropped 2lbs

This is a cute, supportive thread.
I've got a bit too much body fat for my liking, didn't realise how much weight I was putting on during my first year at uni. Atm i'm about 90kg, trying to get down to 80. Was 85ish when was rowing, muscle weighs more than fat etc. I take progress pics and the one I took last night I compared with my first one and i'm pleased with what I see.
Really stepped it up since crimbo where I was relatively relaxed etc. I prep all my meals on a Monday to last me till Friday then at the weekend I am a little more relaxed. Don't allow myself anything other than whats in my prepped meals though because otherwise i'd just demolish everything in sight.
Managed to put on a few pounds over Christmas as my holidays last until February :( so have pretty much laid around doing nothing much! I've been looking into buying an exercise bike since after Christmas and have decided to buy one that @welshcake; has, just waiting until I have some money! So hopefully will be back down soon :)
this prob sounds really annoying to some but i weighed myself last week and it came up to JUST SHORT OF 8 stone and i wanna be a bit less. even sure why, probably because i feel like i looked better last summer compared to now. it's honestly a case of toning up rather than losing weight... but i'd love to lose a tiny bit.
saying that, i don't eat healthy at all (i ONLY eat chips and cookies lol) or exercise so i'm actually pretty lucky to be so skinny because a lot of other ppl tht ate what i do would b overweight
i ate 2895 calories yesterday and iv gone up .15 kg which will go down by tomorrow anyway fml!!!

Five up, five down, one up, my weight is like a seesaw haha. I'm going to Slough this week though, where I will be able to diet on steak on potatoes so weighing in on next Saturday. Wanna get down to the 11st range by end of the month. (atm, I'm right at the top of 12st range)
