Erm... I guess he could use Mailboy? That is very easy.

Also I think Sulake staff generally use Macs, and I dont think Mac's can save .doc files. Also, Habbo Staff would use Outlook express or Thunderbird if they were on Macs. Not webmail because it's slow.

1). That email was sent to callie, glitterkat and info.uk.
2). Neither Callie or Glitterkat are called Simon.
3). He would only log in to info.uk at work and on a mail program.
