cant :P its a 22" TV, any other resolution looks worst, tried 1024x1000 and it just brought up "out of range" :(

Your TV will have a resolution. 1920x1080 on a 1080p hd tv and 1280x720 on a 720p hd. Set your graphics card to the appropriate one above. You need a new graphics card if that doesn't work.
