The strange thing is, that this comes at a time when the world is in recession just like in the 1930's when the world was in a depression, and what got us out of the depression? - World War II. (just a correlation some might find interesting)
As for the level five, I think the next few days will show whether or not this virus has the potential to be a global pandemic depending on how fast it spreads. Time will tell I guess.
