I should start watching Hunter X hunter, it seems nice.
I like it because it just handled things well, unlike a lot of shonen where I tend to like the ideas but then to hate the execution. Fairy Tale was a good example, with the Dragon Slayer magic working by metaphysically becoming a dragon, then instead of the cool idea they focused on crap.Quote:

Been rewatching Welcome To The NHK lately as I bought the boxset a few weeks back. I can't get over how fantastic the show is. Comedy is there, story is there, everything hits the right notes. The soundtrack is so good!

Looping this song is rough. I think it has a stronger impact after watching the show; you get conditioned to associate it with pretty much hitting rock bottom. It's a really good song, but oh boy, it is so sad
