A very rude member of staff

Ok I've gone in there met Hectix for myself and he was a very nice guy he did call me an idiot for asking a silly question but like many others have said he was joking and he was actually asking a member of staff the hours he had worked so I think he must be doing a good job

Oh so he's actually working then? Everytime i went in his rolling on the rollers in the speakers corner talking? He should be helping along with staff not sit on his butt!

From what I have seen, and from what I have been told; HxHD has been running smoother under Hecktix's management than it has in a while. HxHD is almost always busy now.. whereas before I was used to seeing the room grey.

I think the Helpdesk is going to get even worst with him as manager and it seems many agree with me ;)
