i don't think it will be an exact time.
all those times are made up. it could be 3:49 this afternoon... it could be 5:17 this evening.... it could be 1:04 this morning.

If with a new HM Prizes come faster i dunno but prizes are usually a week late?
Anyway, it might not be as slow because its just like slecting people on a database and adding a badge int it?
