They edit the rares before they come out normally, so like the Green Marquee would of just been something like "Sunny Shade" then they would change it to "Keep the mobs out"
The marble pillar does look rather nice, is that the same one which was once in the SUPERLOVE rooms or not.. Also the black security fence has been sighted before when Shayne Ward visited the hotel so that's not too new plus I think there is a few in Jay's room. Nice find nevertheless!
