11 year olds in the smoking/drug business

Theres people smoking and stuff at like every school but most older kids. Its bad to think that 11 year olds are doing drugs and smoking at that age. How low is the age going to go where kids are doing this kind of thing?

• Just because they smoke and there in Yr7 dosnt mean all year 7's are idiots.
• We give abuse cos older people think they pwn all the younger years!

Many are led into doing this stuff, for example,
the 3 or 4 so Y7s at my school, are "taught the ways" by my friend, as he likes to put it, because he is doing that stuff, though he seems to be dying down a bit. now the kids wont leave him alone, and he always says because they dont know what theyre getting into, theyre going to get "bumped" off (get charged a lot of money) for all of it
