Ah well, you should be alright because the American constitution says "no one shall be considered guilty before the issuing of a final and unappealable penal sentence" - unless Bush has overturned that too (*cough* habeas corpus *cough*) :P
I've gotta smell some lying here.
You were questioned by federal police and state officials for vandalism at colleges "in your area"
That is not in fbi and barely in state officials jurisdiction.
And the colleges, like many everywhere are tied to the government it is still in the jurisdiction of local police.
Fbi wouldnt get involved unless you were like bombing the place or some government official was killed in there.
Excuse me?
I know what happened, I was there.. so do not accuse me of lying.
In our area, anything that happens is "big", I don't live in the city.
The nearest field office is in Asheville, which is very close to Mcdowell/Mayland (College)
The local police were the first on the scene at Mayland, the FBI only deals with the big things in the cities.
Imagine the local FBI field agents as a "support and investigative" team that comes in, not the big FBI from washington.
If it wasn't you you have no problem, they need physical evidence, and if you never trashed it, there won't be much of that from you.
BTW an update: I believe they have found who did it, the boy was sent home friday from school, but they won't tell us anymore.
I haven't been called back down to the office yet, so maybe they found out?
Yeh most of us realised that it wasn't the same FBI that everybody thinks of.
Rofl..
OH YE
*GET YOUR HANDS UP IN THR AIR*
"THIS IS FBI"
*FBI?*
"YE, FBI MY BUTT"
