Lol =I - This does not change your I.P adress, only your internet service provider can physically change your I.P. You can mask it, or give it an alternative name but your I.P does not physically change.

i need to speak to a mod, they will come. I did that on two occasions and they came on both of them. Unfortunately, they were no help whatsoever so it was a bit of a waste of time....(MOD-flaxy was one)
