I don't believe it is against the terms of use on YouTube to upload such a video :S Looking and the terms of use, it states:

"I. In your use of the website, you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations."

Is it against any laws/regulations that such videos shouldn't be shown?

Whoever said it shouldn't be shown is a muppet:

A) Free speech within due course- the video is rated mature.

B) Animal cruelty goes on everyday, to deny people learning about that because of stupid "pc" issues is ignorant and non-helpful to the cause
