If you got frustrated why would you need to spam? It is just going to make management ignore you because you would act like an immature little spammer. Perm Banning for a complaint happens on other forums I can garantuee you. Name one succecful Habbo forum (Apart from HxF atm) who doesnt punish/ban members who causing a rucus with loads of complaints. As I said above if they hate it much then they wont want to stick around.

If you have a problem with MAD then speak to Sierk or an AGM. And if you have a problem with a AGM go to MAD or Sierk. Etc. Not **** that member out on 100 posts until you wind yourself up so much you end up getting banned.

Hmmm, strange, I don't remember seeing swear words in Mizki's speech when she got banned for stating her opinion on the site she brought to life :rolleyes:

Mmhmm, true, firing the Habbox Founder and banning her was probably the lowest thing that's ever happened on this forum. What is the point is that the rep system was not discussed about with members, which would of been the ones effected by it and are the ones effected by it. It's the communication issue which is a problem, you could actually make a thread in the 'Questions and Answers' forum and get a good reply from higher management, now you don't so much.

Mad does a very good job in some areas. I don't think he should be fired.
However, he does seem to take it all on himself which must cause him a great deal of stress, indeed. I have never seen so many management at Habbox Forum. Perhaps, he should really be taking it a bit more easy
and empowering what is on the whole a very strong team. Silence from a lot of them during this time about his aptitudes in some areas is a strong indicator.
I have now doubt Sierk is very happy with him - he is after all one of the most dedicated and committed staff ever on Habbox I would think. Nobody is good at everything so and his weaknesses in some areas show and this is where he should exploit the talents of his team whose public relations
ad communication skills are excellent. Otherwise there is really little point in them being AGMs or Forum Managers.

Yes I think that is correct - no point getting personal with people but I await the new rules to see what has changed.

If you expect to be listened to then make a mature thread with no swearing and stay calm and get to your point.
I always find PM'ing the high up staff gets things done quicker and your point listend to.

Jack your pms will always be answered - this is not necessarily true for
other members. Also there is a feedback forum and a complaints section for this so why have those if people are not allowed to say what they think?

There is absolutely no excuse for staff to be rude to members in my opinion
- they of all people should abide by the rules and are essentially breaking them for doing so and should be the mature ones.

I have been on here more recently as I have been ill so not in work or out, so I have noticed some of the problems.
I could make a list of problems I have noticed, little things that could be changed to make it more like it used to be like a community.
I have told Sierk and Mad what I think is wrong, some of you need to learn how to take a mature approach at things.

So you do feel that there are problems as well - I totally agree we need to get it back to a Community. Nothing in life is black and white - the management are not all right and neither are the members. The key is communication and the members and staff feeling that they are valued and not just a pixel.

When I was banned on Elliott, permanantly - You took the cowardly way out because you didn't like the fact that I was voicing my opinion, so you decided to ban, the reason I cannot state but is fairly obvious. Stating my opinion is not rule breaking.

I have just checked the ClubHabbo rules and they are virtually the same as here. There is nothing anywhere that says if you complain a few times that you receieve a perm ban. Their rules also that members are entitled to state their opinions.

It doesnt say in their rules but beleive me it does.

Anyone who is negative/makes complaints will be banned because Management can't take being critisied. Technically you could ban all the people whom disagree with your reputation changes? You didn't listen to them and kept closing/hiding their posts so what's to stop you banning them because they are being 'negative' :S
