Usually they say " a weekend " and take it out on the Monday but it's hard to say when they say a few days

well they are having a st patricks party tomorrow (which may hint towards them thinking its actually tomorrow when it isnt...) Maybe something is happening on monday so they wont be able to do it (eg update? we havent had our monthly one yet!)
