The idea of the council was to get member feedback and so that changes can be made which members want, the anime/manga forum has been highlighted in the latest council report but we still haven't had feedback from the report.

Its my opinion in that he isn't. Take it or leave it, i dont care.
Also, if a forum such as hxf wants to survive, it has to listen to what people want. So no, YOU BE QUIET.

and i dont see how 10% of the forum need a new forum added when they could just use television (for example)
